Abstract
Procédé pour régénérer des acides de décapage usés, par exemple des mélanges d'acide nitrique et fluorhydrique On mélange l'acide usé avec un acide fort comme l'acide sulfurique en quantité correspondant aux pertes de cet acide dans le traitement, on envoie le mélange dans une colonne d'entraînement 5 où il entre en contact avec les vapeurs provenant d'un évaporateur/cristalliseur 7 et le filtrat provenant d'un filtre (ou centrifugeuse) 30, ce qui vaporise les acides de décapage qui sont envoyés dans un condenseur 19, on fait également passer le liquide sortant de la colonne d'entraînement dans cet évaporateur/cristalliseur dans lequel il y a concentration des métaux, les vapeurs de cet évaporateur étant envoyées par l'intermédiaire de la colonne d'entraînement au condenseur; le condensat constitue l'acide de décapage régénéré; le liquide sortant de l'évaporateur/cristalliseur est envoyé au filtre 30, le gâteau de filtration est envoyé aux traitements subséquents et le filtrat est envoyé à la colonne d'entraînement
