Abstract

Containers (3), in which the gases to be extracted, together with a solvent distributed in a porous mass, are stored under pressure, are set up in a room (1) above a heating device (2) and are attached to a line (4). For optimum extraction of the gases with little loss of solvent, low heating costs and high safety, the ambient temperature is constantly increased with decreasing pressure. To this end, a pressure sensor (7) measures the pressure in the line (4) and converts it into a desired value for the ambient temperature. The desired value forms the best extraction conditions and is compared in a control unit (10) with the value for the room temperature determined by an actual-value transducer (8). If there is a deviation between desired and actual value, the opening cross-section of an actuator (13) and thus the heating output of the heating device (2) are controlled via the control unit (10). For especially favourable operation in terms of heating costs, the space (1) is not heated above a certain container pressure.
