Abstract

Process for making "ready-to-use" stone panels whatever the volume. This production process makes it possible to highlight the natural stone (such as millstone) because it will appear as "encrusted" thus increasing the artistic value of the panel. The joints around the stones are made at the same time as the entire panel, which can thus be said to be "ready for use". Finally, the stone used on its largest surface (and not in its thickness, as masons must do when building a wall), has a double advantage: on the one hand, a very significant saving in stones (80 to 90%) and on the other hand it will appear the face of the most eroded stone therefore the most shiny in terms of colors, and the most rustic in terms of shape. The invention has multiple applications. These stone panels can be used for the construction of individual pavilions at a low cost. Concrete, a gloom factor, will disappear. They can also be used for the renovation of old houses, by fixing appropriate panels on their facades, which will allow, in this case, while changing the style, to increase the thermal and sound insulation. They can still be used inside the walls of a rustic living room, or as fence walls, etc.
