Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'une batterie électrochimique, par exemple une batterie de cellules à combustible, composée d'éléments d'électrode en forme de plaque empilés. On prépare les éléments séparés en mettant, dans un moule de compression une feuille de matériau d'électrode entre des parties de cadre qui sont composées d'une nappe de fibres isolant électriquement et imprégnées d'une matiere plastique thermodurcissante non encore polymérisée et en chauffant cette composition sous pression pendant un temps relativement court (p.e. 5 à 60 secondes) à une température relativement basse (p.e. 70 degrés à 90 degrés C) à laquelle la matière plastique flue bien mais ne se durcit pas. Ensuite en empile les éléments obtenus en en formant un paquet et on comprime le paquet pendant un temps relativement long (p.e. 10 à 60 minutes) à une température relativement élevée (p.e. 110 à 180 degrés C), à laquelle la matière plastique thermodurcissante se durcit Application notamment aux cellules à combustible
