Abstract

Procédé de traitement thermique de produits corroyés en alliage d'aluminium de la série 2000 contenant de 3,5 à 5 % de cuivre, de 0,2 à 1 % de magnésium, de 0,25 à 1,2 % de silicium avec Si/Mg > 0,8, comportant une mise en solution, une trempe, une maturation et un revenu. Le revenu comporte au moins deux étapes : 1. un revenu principal à une température supérieure à 225 degrés C et inférieure à 280 degrés C d'une durée comprise entre 6s et 60 min. 2. un revenu complémentaire à une température comprise entre 120 degrés C et 175 degrés C d'une durée comprise entre 4 et 92 heures. Ce procédé permet d'améliorer le compromis entre caractéristiques mécaniques de traction et résistance à la corrosion intercristalline et sous-tension.
