Abstract

Ce dispositif comprend un bloc 1 en forme de tunnel, revêtu intérieurement d'un matériau réfractaire isolant, des moyens de transport 6 faisant passer ces poteries dans ce tunnel, au moins une membrane 9 en un matériau imperméable au flux de gaz chauds circulant dans ce tunnel, des moyens de guidage disposés dans cette membrane pour qu'elle puisse être traversée de façon étanche par les gaz chauds du côté desdits moyens transporteurs, une conduite 29 servant à introduire un flux d'air froid dans ce tunnel du côté sortie de la partie aval de ce dernier, un ventilateur, une conduite 31 permettant de contourner la membrane 9, une conduite d'échappement des gaz chauds, une première conduite de recyclage des gaz chauds communiquant avec ladite conduite d'échappement et avec l'entrée de la partie amont du bloc 1, et une seconde conduite de recyclage communiquant avec ladite conduite d'échappement et avec la partie aval du bloc 1. Application à la fabrication de tuiles.
