Abstract
Procedimiento para la producción de ladrillos, que comprende una fase de secado de los ladrillos crudos teniendo un contenido de humedad de por lo menos 13 a 15% y un tratamiento sucesivo de cochura que comprende a su vez una fase de precalentamiento de cochura de los ladrillos, secados, una fase de cochura de los ladrillos precalentados y una fase de enfriamiento de los ladrillos cocidos por medio de una corriente de aire-gas desplazada a contracorriente de los citados ladrillos, el cual procedimiento se caracteriza por el hecho de que la citada fase de secado y el citado tratamiento de cochura son efectuados en una única unidad operativa, a la entrada de la cual los ladrillos crudos son alimentados en una disposición de capa única y por el hecho de comprender las siguientes fases posteriores; - precalentamiento, a la entrada de la citada unidad, de los ladrillos crudos a una temperatura de cubeta húmeda de 45 a 100ºC, por medio de una corriente de gases calientes con un contenido prefijado de humedad y desplazada en el mismo sentido de corriente que los mismos ladrillos; -secado de los ladrillos precalentados por medio de una corriente de gases calientes en el mismo sentido de corriente que los citados ladrillos, estando constituida la citada corriente de gases calientes por los gases de salida de la citada fase de precalentamiento previa a la cochura; -los gases de salida de la anteriormente citada fase de secado siendo parcialmente reciclados a la entrada de la citada unidad operativa, para constituir la citada corriente, siendo reciclados en parte hacia la citada fase de enfriamiento de los ladrillos crudos, donde son adicionados a un flujo de aire frío de caudal preestablecido y son en parte descargados a la chimenea.
