Abstract

L'invention concerne l'industrie du moulage par injection. Un moule 1 comporte deux parties mobiles 2, 3 et une cavité de moulage 8. La dose de matière introduite dépasse le volume strictement nécessaire pour le moulage, et l'excès de matière est éjecté hors du moule par un effet de matriçage obtenu en rapprochant les parties de moule l'une contre l'autre, en position finale de moulage, après avoir fermé le canal d'entrée au moyen d'un obturateur 7, associé par exemple à une vis sans fin d'injection 6, mobile axialement. On exerce un effet de compression différenciée au sein de la matière malléable en cours de mise en forme, aux endroits de la cavité de moulage 8 correspondant aux zones de bordure 11, 11a, de la pièce moulée particulièrement sujettes à des risques d'irrégularites de retrait à la cuisson. Application au moulage de pièces en matière céramique.
