Abstract

Procédé de préparation de phosphate monocalcique et d'acide phosphorique et nouveaux produits obtenus. Du phosphate monocalcique, de l'acide phosphorique et/ou du phosphate de potassium sont produits par acidulation de phosphate naturel dans un réacteur 3 avec de l'acide phosphorique, en présence de silice et d'ion potassium ajoutés et, de ce fait, les fluorures sont transformés en K2 SiF6, et le phosphate monocalcique se dissout dans l'acide phosphorique; selon une caractéristique importante, K2 SiF6 est séparé et hydrolysé pour régénérer l'ion potassium et recyclé sous forme de solution de KH2 PO4 /H3 PO4 . La présente invention est particulièrement utile pour fournir un procédé permettant d'obtenir, à partir de phosphate naturel, de l'acide phosphorique et du phosphate monocalcique à partir duquel du phosphate diacide de potassium peut etre formé.
