Abstract

Procédé d'affinage du ferrosilicium et four électrique utilisé. Le four comporte plusieurs tuyaux d'introduction d'air présentant chacun une embouchure inférieure qui s'ouvre près du niveau supérieur des matières brutes introduites, autour des électrodes, et un moyen de réglage de l'ouverture de la fenêtre de tisonnement et/ou de l'espacement entre l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi verticale et la bordure supérieure du blindage. Application à l'affinage du ferrosilicium.
