Abstract

a. Procédé pour la préparation du 2,6-diméthyl-4-(3-nitrophényl)-3-méthoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-5-carboxylate de 2-(N-benzyl-N-méthylamino)éthyle. b. Le composé selon l'invention est obtenu par une réaction de transestérification en faisant réagir l'ester diméthylique de l'acide 2,6-diméthyl-4-(3-nitrophényl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylique (VII) avec la N-(2-hydroxy-éthyl)-N-méthyl-benzylamine (VIII) dans un solvant et en presence d'un catalyseur, et en séparant ensuite du mélange de réaction, le réactif VII non converti, le produit selon l'invention et le sous-produit constitué par l'ester bis-Ø2-(N-benzyl-N-méthylamino)éthyliqueõ de l'acide 2,6-diméthyl-4-(3-nitrophényl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylique (IX). c. Le composé selon l'invention est un médicament utile comme vasodilatateur.
