Abstract

The roofing panel combines load-bearing and insulating properties whilst providing a means for tile hanging, being fabricated from hard synthetic resin (12) with a soffit liner (11). The top surface incorporates grooves or ribs (14) from which the tiles are hung, and may also be formed by a facing laminate (18). Alternatively the top surface may be of the parent synthetic resin, and the ribs may be of rectangular section parallel to one another. Grooves may be of rectangular or trapezoidal section and may locate tile battens which are placed after the panels are installed.
