Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de réservoirs en matière thermoplastique à partir d'un tube 26 tronçonné à longueur et pré-chauffé à la température maximum de déformation de la matière et mis dans un moule 25. Il est fabriqué en deux parties pour permettre l'introduction et l'extraction du tube ainsi que pour provoquer l'expansion du tube par soufflage au travers de deux bouchons de fermeture 28, 29, l'expansion du diamètre s'effectue en conservant les deux extrémités aux dimensions initiales du tube. Le raccordement de la partie expansée, située au voisinage des extrémités, est de forme sensiblement sphérique. Ces extrémités sont fermées par un fond rapporté qui peut être collé ou vissé, ou bien encore les deux fonds peuvent être solidarisés au moyen d'une tige filetée. La partie expansée, ainsi que toute la surface extérieure du réservoir, hormis les bouchons, est renforcée par une enveloppe métallique ou en résine stratifiée ou imprégnée, ou encore par une coque en mousse de polyuréthane assurant l'isolation thermique.
