Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种具有金属骨架的塑料复合 管道,其主要特征是在管壁中间具有一个网状筒形钢 筋骨架,该钢筋骨架使塑料管道即保持了原有的耐腐 蚀,内阻小的优点,又大大改善了塑料管道的机械性 能,使塑料管道可以用作输送侵蚀性介质的耐压管 道、具有较长的使用寿命和较广泛的使用范围。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于输送流体介质的塑料管道。
已知的热塑性塑料管道、包括聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等各种聚合物管道的优点是耐腐蚀性能好,管内阻小,其缺点是机械强度低。已知有一种钢塑复合的塑料管道可以作为与本实用新型最接近的对比技术,钢塑管的结构是在钢管的内壁和外壁分别复合塑料层。上述结构的钢塑管即有较好的耐腐蚀性,又具有较高的机械强度,但由于塑料和金属的热膨胀系数相差8倍,在温度变化较大的环境下使用,其复合在钢管内外壁上的塑料层十分容易脱落,因而限制了使用范围,使用寿命也较低。
本实用新型的目的是提出一种具有金属骨架,并将该骨架嵌入塑料管道管壁中的复合塑料管道,得到具有较高机械强度和使用寿命,较宽使用范围的塑料管道。
本实用新型是这样构成的,在塑料管道的管壁中间,具有一个网状筒形的钢筋骨架,该钢筋骨架具有与管壁相同的形状,其直径大约为管内壁直径与管外壁直径之和的一半。
本实用新型金属骨架一塑料复合管道由于采用网状金属骨架做为塑料管道的加强筋、从而使塑料管道的机械性能大大提高,其室温下允许的最大工作压力可达到9MPa,由于钢筋网在整个管壁体积中只占有较小的比例,因温度变化引起的热胀冷缩主要的取决于塑料的性质,因此克服了钢塑管的分层和脱落的缺陷,使该塑料即保持了塑料管道本身的优点,又大大提高了机械强度。
图1是本实用新型的立体结构示意图。
作为本实用新型的一个较佳实施例,在塑料复合管道1中,其网状筒形钢筋骨架是由沿圆周均匀分布的纵向钢筋和至少一根按一定间距螺旋缠绕并焊接在纵向钢筋2上的横向钢筋3构成的。
作为本实用新型的又一个较佳实施例,其网状筒形钢筋骨架是由金属丝网卷成筒形,并将结合处焊接固定构成,网孔的形状可以是方形,也可以是棱形。
按照本实用新型构成的塑料复合管道可供石油天然气、化学、能源和其他工业部门安装管道,特别是侵蚀性介质用耐压管道。

Claims (3)

1、金属骨架一塑料复合管道,其特征在于塑料管道的管壁中间,具有一个网状筒形钢筋骨架,该钢筋骨架具有与管壁相同的形状,其直径大约为管内壁直径与管外壁直径之和的一半。
2、按照权利要求1所述的管道,其特征在于其网状筒形钢筋骨架是由沿圆周均匀分布的纵向钢筋和至少一根按一定间距螺旋缠绕并焊接在纵向钢筋上的横向钢筋构成。
3、按照权利要求1所述的管道,其特征在于其网状筒形钢筋骨架是由金属丝网卷成筒形,并将结合处焊接固定构成,网孔形状可以是方形,也可以是棱形。
