Abstract

Circuit de commande de courant à semi-conducteur intégré. Ce circuit de commande de courant de signal bistatique applique une commande positive aux deux niveaux de courant de signal à un transistor 20 de commande de sortie à collecteur ouvert, au moyen de deux réseaux 16 et 18 de décalage de signal substantiellement identique qui sont en corrélation l'un avec l'autre et compense les variations des chutes de tension globale base-émetteur, les facteurs bêta et les tensions d'alimentation. Une sortie inversée est disponible simplement par commutation des connexions internes des deux réseaux pour renverser la phase des courants de commande. Peut être utilisé dans tous les circuits à consommation de courant faible demandant une régulation stricte de tension d'alimentation.
