Abstract

On prépare des dérivés de la théophylline 1, par réaction d'une aminoalcoylthéophylline II avec une bromocétone III pour obtenir un compose intermédiaire IV, puis par dissociation hydrolytique des groupes R'CO de protection. On utilise une bromocétone dépourvue de dibromure, qui a été préparée par broamation d'une cétone V et par traitement ultérieur avec un trialcoylphosphite inférieur. Application des composés comme produits intermédiaires pour la fabrication de composés à usage pharmacologique.
