Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un préimprégné pour enroulement filamentaire à base de fibres polyamides aromatiques. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise pour imprégner la matière fibreuse constituée desdit fibres un système de résine structurale que l'on prépare en incorporant à une résine époxy rigide à basse viscosité un agent flexibilisant et un agent durcisseur réagissant à chaud, dans des proportions telles que la composition de résine ainsi obtenue ait un allongement compris entre 5 et 60 % environ et en ajoutant à cette composition de résine un agent diluant favorisant le mouillage des fibres. Le préimprégné haute performance ainsi obtenu sert à la fabrication par enroulement filamentaire d'objets creux, notamment de capacités bobinées capables de résister à une pression interne
