Abstract

Cette couche à jeter après usage comprend successivement une feuille supérieure ou de recouvrement 12 en fibres hydrophobes non tissées capables de laisser passer un fluide mais n'absorbant pas celui-ci, un tampon absorbant 14 présentant un garnissage 26 en tissu enroule autour de lui et formé d'une matière hydrophobe non tissée, ce garnissage étant destiné à conserver la forme du tampon tout en s'opposant à la restitution du fluide et une feuille de support 20 imperméable à l'eau, des moyens étant prévus pour maintenir la couche à l'état assemblé. La couche a ainsi moins tendance à restituer le fluide absorbé, et le tampon ne perd pas sa forme.
