Abstract

Ce dispositif d'étanchéité en trois pièces destiné à un vérin hydraulique comprend une bague de portée en téflon 40 à section trapézoïdale. La petite base 52 du trapèze de la section porte contre la tige 10. Une deuxième bague d'étanchéité et d'appui en téflon 42, également logée dans la cavité 24, présente une surface conique 68 dirigée vers l'avant et qui épouse la surface conique 58 engendrée par l'un des côtés obliques du trapèze de la section de la bague de portée. Une bague élastique compressible 44, en caoutchouc, est appliquée sur la surface cylindrique de la bague de portée, qui est engendrée par la grande base du trapèze et tend à appliquer la bague de portée sur la tige de piston 10 et sur la bague d'étanchéité et d'appui. La cavité 24 peut être formée dans un bouchon annulaire rapporté dans le cylindre, le joint statique entre le bouchon et le cylindre étant fermé par une bague torique.
