Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif permettant le découpage de la viande, en languettes ou en des, par des moyens simples et d'utilisation facile. Les quatre parois 3-3a du bâti présentent des fentes verticales 4 guidant la descente d'une lame tranchante qui découpe, longitudinalement et ensuite transversalement, les tranches de viande disposées sur la plateau-support 2 et recouvertes par le couvercle 5, repoussé par les poussoirs 33 de la poignée 6 coulissant dans le sens transversal; la lame est guidée entre les gorges 23 du couvercle et 17 du plateau-support 2 qui forment deux quadrillages; ainsi, les coupes successives longitudinales et transversales produisent des dés très réguliers. Des broches introduites entre les ouvertures 19 et 25 permettent la préparation de brochettes.
