Abstract

Dispositif comportant plusieurs cellules réalisées dans une même plaquette monocristalline. Les cellules sont séparées entre elles par des sillons et les deux zones de contact de chaque cellule sont situées sur une même face de la plaquette. Application à la réalisation de batteries solaires de petites dimensions comportant plusieurs cellules connectées en série.
