Abstract

The demountable net fence panel includes integral longitudinal wires or cables (5) by which the erected panel is tensioned and supported. No additional mechanical connections or fittings are required to prepare the cables for panel installation. The cables are plastics coated steel and being integrated (E) with the net. Erection may be effected by anchoring (D) and tensioning the cables between rigid vertical posts (1-4), and the net may have energy absorption properties making it suitable for the enclosure of areas for diverse ball games.
