Abstract

a. Dispositif de mise en sac d'un fût. b. Le dispositif comprend un sac destiné à envelopper un fût servant à transporter un combustible nucléaire use pour empêcher que la surface extérieure du fût soit contaminée par l'eau d'une piscine de stockage de combustible lorsque le fût est immergé dans la piscine. Un tube annulaire, pouvant être gonflé par injection d'un gaz sous pression, est prevu le long de l'extrémité ouverte du sac pour maintenir le bord de l'ouverture appliqué contre la surface extérieure du fût afin d'isoler l'intérieur du sac. De préférence, le sac comprend des moyens de réglage de la pression du gaz en fonction de la pression de l'eau à la profondeur à laquelle le fût se trouve. c. Application : transport de matières fissiles radioactives.
