Abstract

The table-top cooker has a housing resting on a support. A ring with cut-outs rests on the housing and small pans sit in the cut-outs. The housing and lid contain an electric heating element with a reflector placed behind the element to direct theheat towards the pans to melt the cheese inside them. The housing has a curved copper cover with cut-outs in the walls to permit the pans to be put in place. The top of the lid is perforated to let steam out.
