Abstract

The device comprises a frame (2), movable along a foundry line (C), equipped with means for displacing a sampling spoon (1) as far as the mould (M). The sampling spoon (1) is integral with a deformable parallelogram (3) articulated to the frame (2). A jack (4) actuates the deformable parallelogram (3) in order to bring the sampling spoon (1) closer to the mould (M). Pouring of the contents of the sampling spoon (1) into the mould (M) is caused by a jack (11) actuating a second deformable parallelogram (8) articulated to the frame (2). The device makes it possible to automatically supply the moulds of a mechanised foundry line with molten metal.
