Abstract
L'invention concerne un circuit intégré comprenant au moins un IGFET à géométrie fermée comportant : un substrat semi-conducteur dont au moins une partie a un premier type de conductivité; deux régions espacées de conductivité opposée s'étendant dans le substrat, l'une des régions entourant totalement l'autre; une région isolante à la surface du substrat entre les régions espacées; et une région conductrice recouvrant la région isolants. Selon l'invention un contact ohmique très dopé 32 de la même conductivité que les régions espacées, est formé dans l'une de ces régions et il est entouré par une partie très dopée 34 du même type de conductivité. L'invention s'applique notamment aux semi-conducteurs.
