Abstract

Appareil à râper des produits alimentaires, dans lequel le produit est déplacé sur la grille à l'aide d'un magasin retenant la partie non encore morcelée. Ce magasin comporte un compartiment cylindrique 45, muni d'un disque s'appliquant sur la plaque de base supportant la grille, dans lequel est placé le produit embroché par des tiges 51. Un poussoir 44 en forme de cloche 53 coulisse sur le compartiment 45 et comporte des saillies 50 permettant de presser contre la grille le produit tout en imprimant à l'ensemble un mouvement de va-et-vient au-dessus de la grille. Principales applications : découpage ou râpage de pommes de terre, concombres, carottes, etc.
