Abstract

The cutter is for grating or slicing vegetables or fruit, etc. and consists of a base plate(21) with a rectangular opening(24) in the centre in which a blade(25) is fitted. The food is moved across the blade by hand in a holder with a handle. The base plate has a groove in the opening in which the blade in use fits. Other blades, when not in use, are stored in slots in the lower part of the side of the base plate.
