Abstract

1. Utensilio de cocina para cortar alimentos, caracterizado porque presenta una tabla para cortar alimentos y un colector de alimentos que incluye una charola que tienen unas paredes laterales inferior o de fondo integrales, incluyendo la pared inferior o de fondo una porción proyectada hacia arriba y separada respecto a las paredes laterales y que tiene unas superficies planas superior e inferior, teniendo el segmento, asegurado al mismo, una cubierta removible a manera de tapa que se extiende sustancialmente sobre la totalidad de la superficie superior, estando la superficie interior rebajada para darle acomodo a un elemento para desechos en yuxtaposición respecto al mismo. 2. Utensilio según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el segmento incluye un recorte extendido alrededor de su periferia y el lado inferior de la cubierta está ranurada de manera que se acople en relación de coincidencia con el recorte. 3. Utensilio según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el rebajo incluye, cuando menos, dos labios opuestos proyectantes que se acoplan y se retienen al elemento para desechos. 4. Utensilio según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la cubierta se proyecta hacia arriba por encima del grado de las paredes laterales. 5. Utensilio de cocina para cortar alimentos.
