Abstract

Canon à électrons qui comprend, espacées les unes des autres dans l'ordre énuméré ci-après, : une cathode ; une grille de commande plate et perforée G1; une grille écran plate et perforée G2; une première électrode lentille tubulaire G3 et une seconde électrode lentille G4, ce canon étant caractérisé en ce que la pile écran G2 38 possède une épaisseur e de l'ordre de 0,4 à 1,0 fois le diamètre f de l'ouverture 56 de cette grille écran G2 et en ce que la première électrode lentille G3 40 présente une longueur i qui est de l'ordre de 2,5 à 5;0 fois le diamètre j de la première électrode lentille G3.
