Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the handling by enabling the exposure of a picture image of a cathode ray tube at the position for photographying the image of transmission type electron microscope while photographying the transmission image, scanned image and various data image an same film as a pair. CONSTITUTION:The electron beam from an electron gun 1 is irradiated on a specimen 5 then enlarged by an intermediate lens 6 and a projection lens 7 to focus on a fluorescent plate 8 and photographed by a photographer 11. While the scanned image to be indicated by a scanning deflection coil 15 and a secondary electron detector 16 on a cathode ray tube 20 is provided through a lens 23 and a reflection mirror 24 to a photographer 11, and the signal from a character indicator 26 will control the cathode ray tube 20 to photograph the data by means of the photographer 11. Consequently the transmission image, scanning image and various data imge can be photographed as a pair on one sheet of film 12 by changing switches 19, 22 over resulting in the considerable facilitation of the handling.
