Abstract
a. L'invention concerne un procédé et une installation pour régler la teneur en carbone d'un mélange gazeux réagissant dans un four de traitement thermique et formé par introduction dans la chambre du four d'un combustible contenant des hydrocarbures, les produits de réaction de ce mélange n'étant pas en équilibre de gaz à l'eau, ni en équilibre de méthane, le mélange contenant un excès de méthane. b. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on détermine la grandeur de réglage à partir de la teneur du composant gazeux CO contenu dans la chambre du four en tant que première grandeur de mesure, de la tension électrique d'un électrolyte solide conducteur d'ions oxygène en tant que seconde grandeur de mesure et de la température de la chambre du four en tant que troisième grandeur de mesure. c. L'invention est applicable notamment à la cémentation gazeuse.
