Abstract
Procédé assurant à la fois une bonne isolation contre l'incendie et une bonne dissipation de la chaleur produite par les composants électriques. Il comprend : 1. Le mélange A de 100 parties d'un polymère de polydiorganosiloxane contenant des groupes vinyles présentant une viscosité comprise entre 100 et 100.000 centipoises à 25 degrés C, une teneur en groupes vinyles comprise entre 0,0004 et 1 % en poids, dans lequel les groupes organo représentent des radicaux hydrocarbonés monovalents ; B de 50 à 300 parties en poids d'une charge d'extension; C de 0 à 100 parties en poids d'une charge de renforcement de silice; D de 1 à 200 parties par million d'un catalyseur de platine; et E de 0,5 à 30 parties en poids d'un polysiloxane contenant de l'hydrogène, présentant une teneur en hydrogène comprise entre 0,4 et 1,6 % en poids et une viscosité comprise entre 1 et 500 centipoises à 25 degrés C pour former un mélange durcissable. 2. L'introduction du mé ange durcissable dans la gaine de manière à remplir l'espace entourant les composants électriques; et 3. Le durcissement de la composition durcissable à température ambiante. Application aux centrales nucléaires.
