Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux catalyseurs pour la polymérisation du propylène. On prépare un catalyseur de polymérisation d'alpha-oléfines en incorporant dans un mélange catalytique constitué par un composé d'un métal de transition et par un composé organique de l'aluminium, une quantité efficace d'un acide minéral ou son anhydride contenant du soufre hexavalent, à titre d'agent modificateur du catalyseur. On obtient de plus faibles quantités de polymère soluble dans n-hexane et le polymère produit a une odeur plus acceptable.
