Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau immobilisé consistant en une protéine biologiquement active, comme une enzyme, liée à un support constitue par un polymère de type acrylonitrile contenant des groupements amino. La protéine est liée sur le support, dans un milieu inerte, par absorption physique ou fixation covalente. Un système contenant le maténau immobilisé peut être combiné à un système contenant un substrat sur lequel la protéine est active, pour former un dispositif utilisable dans plusieurs buts. La figure 1 (c) est un exemple d'un tel dispositif, où l'on mesure par l'intermédiaire de l'électrode à oxygène 3 la diminution de l'oxygène dissous, en raison de l'oxydation de l'échantillon B par la choline-oxydase liée à un support 1.
