Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de sièges de sécurité du type << coque >>, en matière plastiqué, pour enfants, destinés notamment aux véhicules tels que les véhicules automobiles, ainsi que les sièges réalisés par ce procédé. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'on extrude une matière plastique afin de lui donner la forme d'un tube, on positionne le tube encore chaud entre les deux parties d'un moule comportant des protubérances pour former des lumières dans la matière plastique dans des zones destinées au passage de lanières, on rapproche les deux parties du moule et on introduit dans le tube un gaz sous pression pour faire épouser à ses parois la forme du moule jusqu'à la jonction des deux parties, on refroidit le moule, et enfin on l'ouvre pour démouler la coque obtenue. Le siège est sous la forme d'un corps creux totalement en matière plastique comportant des lumières sans discontinuité de matière, notamment pour le passage d'un harnais et d'une sangle d'ancrage.
