Abstract

1384322 Childs car seat WILLAMOT INDUSTRIAL MOULDINGS Ltd 6 June 1973 [7 March 1972] 10615/72 Heading B5A [Also in Division A4] A child's car seat comprises hollow seat and back portions blow moulded as an integral unit and formed with anchor points 5 for straps to secure the child to the seat. The anchor points may be formed by moulded apertured lugs or by opposed parts of the back or seat portions being kissed together during moulding so that they weld together to form a double thickness zone which is pierced to form a strap hole. The double thickness zone may be further reinforced by a metallic plate.
