Abstract

Appareil pour approvisionner et chauffer des flans formés dans de la moquette à sous-couche thermoplastique. L'appareil comporte une table sur laquelle se déplace, entre deux postes de travail, une enceinte de chauffage. Un dispositif d'approvisionnement prépare sur le poste libre un flan à partir d'un rouleau. Ce dispositif comporte des pinces d'accrochage et une scie circulaire découpant une longueur déterminée de moquette. L'enceinte passe du premier poste au second poste pour chauffer le flan préparé. Des moyens de déplacement font passer le flan chauffe d'un poste de chauffage et de préparation à la machine suivante. Application à la préparation de flans en moquette à sous-couche thermoplastique pour le formage de tapis pour véhicules automobiles.
