Abstract

L'installation sert à réfrigérer le lait sortant d'une installation de traite en utilisant un premier échangeur à eau glacée entre la sortie de l'installation de traite et l'entrée de la cuve de stockage du lait, l'eau glacée étant puisée dans un bac à eau glacée réfrigéré. Une partie de l'eau glacée dudit bac est dérivée vers un second échangeur disposé sous le fond de la cuve de stockage. Le condenseur du circuit du fluide frigorigène alimentant le bac à eau glacée est un serpentin passant dans une enceinte alimentée en eau à la température ordinaire qui est réchauffée.
