Abstract

Procédé pour doser des antigènes et des anticorps par réaction d'un antigène ou d'un anticorps avec l'anticorps ou l'antigène correspondant appliqué sur des particules de support insolubles ayant un diamètre moyen ne dépassant pas 1,6 micron et ainsi sensibilisées, la réaction étant effectuée dans un milieu liquide, conformément au brevet principal. On irradie le mélange de réaction par une lumière polychromatique dans la région des longueurs d'ondes de 0,6 à 2,4 microns, cette lumière étant choisie de manière, que, appliquée au mélange de réaction, elle donne lieu à une augmentation de l'absorbance ou de l'absorption % au cours du temps; et on mesure l'absorbance ou l'absorption % du mélange de réaction à l'égard de la lumière polychromatique; un étalonnage permet d'exploiter la mesure pour des dosages. Par rapport au procédé du brevet principal, l'utilisation d'une lumière polychromatique permet de simplifier les appareillages nécessaires.
