Abstract

Mesure et dosage d'antigènes et d'anticorps. On supporte un anticorps ou un antigène, tel que du fibrinogène, sur des particules-supports insolubles (telles que les particules d'un latex de polystyrène), ayant un diamètre moyen n'excédant pas 1,6 micron, afin de sensibiliser lesdites particules, puis on les fait réagir avec un antigène ou un anticorps correspondant, dans un milieu liquide, et on irradie le mélange réactionnel avec une lumière dont la longueur d'onde, comprise entre 0,6 et 2,4 microns, est égale à au moins 1,5 fois le diamètre moyen des particules-supports, et on mesure l'absorbance optique dudit mélange réactionnel irradié. Dosage d'antigènes ou d'anticorps d'une manière précise et rcproductible, avec une précision comparable à celle obtenue par radioimmunotitrage, dans des fluides du corps (urine, sang, sérum, fluide intrapleural) à des fins d'établissement de diagnostic
