Abstract

Procédé perfectionné pour doser les antigènes et les anticorps par réaction d'un antigène ou d'un anticorps dans un milieu liquide avec l'anticorps ou l'antigène correspondant appliqué sur des particules de support insolubles de diamètre moyen ne dépassant pas 1,6 micron. On éclaire le mélange de réaction par une lumière de longueur d'onde comprise entre 0,6 et 2,4 microns, on mesure l'intensité de la lumière transmise à deux ou plusieurs moments au fur et à mesure des progrès de la réaction et on détermine l'augmentation d'absorbance ou d'absorption % du mélange de réaction pendant une durée déterminée. La vitesse de réaction est caractéristique de la concertation de la substance active, ce qui permet, avec une courbe d'étalonnage, le dosage de l'anticorps ou de l'antigène.
