Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation de traitement de boues humides de matières premières pour ciment, dans des fours longs à granules à voie semi-sèche. L'appareillage de déshumidification partielle est constitué par au moins un séparateur centrifuge horizontal 1 relié directement à une machine d'extrusion 2; à la sortie de celle-ci est relié directement un évaporateur-granulateur 5; à la sortie de l'évaporateur-granulateur 5 est relié le four long tournant 11 muni d'échangeurs thermiques intérieurs 12. Application : fabrication de clinker.
