Abstract

The hot gases are fed to the economiser through the inlet duct (2). The base of the casing is filled with water maintained at a constant level by an overflow pipe (6). The water is circulated through the jets (11) and drops onto the filter element (8). The evaporated water passes over the two heat exchangers (12, 14) mounted in the upper part of the casing before passing through the exhaust connection.
