Abstract
Procédé de fabrication de mousses de résines consistant à former une composition comprenant la résine avec un agent de gonflement chimique (agent d'expansion ou de moussage) et un agent réticulant en un article non moussé ayant la forme d'une feuille ou plaque ou d'une baguette, puis à chauffer cet article pour le transformer en une mousse Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que le chauffage pour la transformation en mousse est effectué dans une atmosphère sans oxygène ou ne contenant pas plus de 10 % d'oxygène. Il permet d'obtenir des mousses très blanches et qui ont de très bonnes caractéristiques physiques, par exemple de résistance à la traction et au déchirement, ainsi qu'une bonne stabilité thermique et des taux d'expansion élevés.
