Abstract

The vessel may have a single or twin hulls buth as a single mast located towards its stern. The stern of the vessel consists of a cross boom joining the hulls together on an extension (4a). Each extension carries a vertical plate (6) and rudder (7) fixed to the rear edge of the plate. The rudder and plate assembly is hinged and may be withdrawn out of the water when not in use.
