Abstract
L'invention permet d'établir un couplage de cellules auto-porteur à partir de petits tubes cylindriques à l'électrolyte solide, couplage qui est mécaniquement stable et étanche aux gaz. A cet effet, on utilise des masses 14 d'un produit de liaison tel qu'un oxyde de complexe sous forme d'anneaux cylindriques dont les dimensions radiales sont les mêmes que celles des céramiques électrolytiques 4 aux extrémités desquelles on assujettit les anneaux 14 de produit de liaison, avec interposition éventuelle d'un isolant 24. Les électrodes 10 et 12 sont appliquées avec un décalage axial sur les périphéries opposées des éléments 4. Les cellules ainsi couplées servent principalement à l'électrolyse à haute température.
