Abstract

Ces dérivés sont représentés par les formules générales 1a, 1b ci-après dans lesquelles R1 , R2 = H ou alcoyle en C1 -C 4 , n = 0 ou un entier de 0 à 4 et R3 = H ou un radical de formule générale IIa où IIb ci-après, à l'exception de l'hydrazide d'acide 2-oxo-pyrrolidino-acétique. Pour préparer ces dérivés, on fait réagir des composés de formule IIIa et IIIb soit avec l'hydrazine, soit avec des composés de formule générale Ia ou Ib dans laquelle R3 = H. Les préparations pharmaceutiques contenant ces dérivés conviennent pour soigner par exemple les troubles chroniques de la fonction cérébrale tels qu'états lacunaires, diminution de la mémoire à la suite de troubles de l'irrigation dus à l'alcoolisme ou à des effets traumatiques.
