Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de nitroguanidine. Procédé caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme déshydratant l'acide nitrique à une concentration de 92 à 100 %, à raison de 2,5 à 5 moles par mole de nitrate de guanidine, en ce qu'on conduit la déshydratation pendant une heure trente à cinq heures entre 25 et 80 degrés C, en ce qu'on précipite la nitroguanidine formée en ajoutant de l'eau froide, et en ce qu'on la lave à l'eau pour éliminer l'acide. L'invention est plus particulièrement applicable dans le domaine de la fabrication de constituants de propergols et d'explosifs.
