Abstract

Traitement de boues résiduaires d'hydroxydes de métaux non ferreux contenant Cr, Cu, Zn, Ni. On mélange de l'hydrogène alcalin et/ou du carbonate alcalin aux boues résiduaires en quantités au moins stoechiométrique, par rapport à la teneur en Cr de la boue résiduaire, on sèche le mélange à < 200 degrés C, on grille la masse sèche en alimentant avec de l'air à 400-800 degrés C, on introduit le produit de grillage chaud dans de l'eau, on sépare le chromate alcalin formé et on extrait par lavage le résidu insoluble dans l'eau, on traite le résidu mentionné ci-dessus avec SO4 H2 à 10-20 % à pH <= 2, à 50-100 degrés C, on sépare le résidu insoluble dans l'acide de la solution sulfurique obtenue, on sépare Cu de cette solution par une extraction liquide-liquide d'une manière connue en soi et on traite ultérieurement la solution débarrassée du Cu par précipitation et séparation de Al et Cr trivalent encore présents à pH 4-6 sous forme d'hydroxydes ou de sulfates basiques, séparation subséquente de Zn, de la solution restante par une extraction liquide-liquide et séparation de Ni de la solution restante par une extraction liquide-liquide. Applicable à la récupération de metaux lourds non ferreux.
